Each visit is a personal and self-guided experience.

At Realize Your Magic, we are a mother-daughter team deeply dedicated to supporting others on their personal journeys of connection, exploration, and well-being. Our path into this work began through our own experiences with the Light System™, which had a profound impact on our lives and opened our hearts to a deeper understanding of holistic wellness.
This space was co-founded by the inspiring and compassionate Dana Milhausen, whose vision and love touched countless lives. Though Dana transitioned from this life on January 1st, 2024, her vibrant spirit, unwavering compassion, and deep belief in the power of connection and presence continue to guide everything we do.
Realize Your Magic is a heartfelt tribute to Dana’s legacy and a space where connection, reflection, and growth are nurtured within a supportive community.
Together, we carry forward Dana’s vision by creating meaningful experiences through breathwork, sound, drumming, guided meditation, and more—each one offering space for individuals to explore and reconnect in their own way.
We invite you to be part of this journey of discovery, connection, and realizing the magic within yourself.

Realize Your Magic is located in the peaceful countryside of Aldersyde, Alberta, just 20 minutes south of Calgary and a short drive from Okotoks and High River.
Detailed directions and arrival information are shared with members upon confirmation of their visit, supporting a smooth and private experience for all.
